Reported Challenges with Record Services

As part of the Stage One rollout of our new MedAdvisor for Pharmacy solution, initial enhancements were fast-tracked to be available to pharmacies via their existing PlusOne software. Please click the button below for more details on enhancements which have been released.

To date, we have received positive feedback regarding these changes however, we are aware that some pharmacies may currently be experiencing challenges with Record Services. Our tech teams are actively working to resolve these as quickly as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding while we address these.

We will ensure to keep our pharmacy network up to date on progress as we rollout fixes.

Our teams are closely monitoring isolated instances where patients or dispensed medications are not appearing in PlusOne on time.

We are working on several fixes to resolve these. 

An update to display PDFs in preview instead of automatically downloading has been released.

A fix to the bug which was causing the format validation error message has been released. If a pharmacy is still experiencing this issue, they should contact the MedAdvisor Customer Support Team.
