Customer feedback is central to our business. As a part of the transition to the cloud, we are gathering feedback from our customers on the process, the product, and expectations. We’ve received very positive feedback so far but have also been made aware of some challenges. Prioritizing and acting on these challenges is a key priority for MedAdvisor.
Following is an update on progress we’ve made. Our tech teams are actively working as quickly as possible to create an exceptional experience. We appreciate your partnership in this process.

An issue has been identified in Stage Supply whereby public holiday settings were being applied per the day only. If a collection day fell on one of these dates, the generated schedule would have a holiday incorrectly applied resulting in a skipped collection day. A fix has been deployed, any impacted staged supply records can be re-entered to correct.
Our teams are closely monitoring isolated instances where patients or dispensed medications are not appearing in PlusOne on time.We are working on several fixes to resolve these.
An update to display PDFs in preview instead of automatically downloading has been released.
A fix to the bug which was causing the format validation error message has been released. If a pharmacy is still experiencing this issue, they should contact the MedAdvisor Customer Support Team.
