Upcoming User Interface Changes

As part of the rollout of our new MedAdvisor for Pharmacy software, we will be making a range of user interface enhancements to your existing PlusOne installed software. We anticipate updates will progressively go live from mid-August 2024. 

Updated forms and screens will continue to work as they always have but will now feature a modern and more user-friendly design.

No action will be required to access these updates.

Enhancements:

Pharmacies can expect to see new look forms when:
  • Managing existing app patients
  • Communicating with existing app patients
  • Viewing booking notifications and app orders from the Inbox
  • Viewing the Health Services Hub
The new look forms will feature:
  • Larger and clearer text making in form navigation easier
  • Data input fields will be larger and easier to populate
  • Improvements to assistive text on some forms

PlusOne software will be easily accessible on multiple devices in all parts of your pharmacy as well as offsite. (think being able to access PlusOne on a laptop or tablet when completing vaccinations).
