Rick Ratliff
Prior to this, Rick spent over 30 years in the healthcare and pharmaceutical technology sector in key markets in which MedAdvisor Solutions operates. He has led the development of a number of large-scale technology enabled healthcare businesses within global organizations such as IBM and Accenture as well as via start-up and early stage businesses including Healthvision, Surescripts and ConnectiveRx. Rick also worked with the Australian Federal Government to develop and deliver My Health Record, the leading online EHR available to all Australian citizens. Rick holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds a Master of Business Administration, Information Technology from The University of Tulsa.
Ancila Desai
Prior to this, Ancila held commercial leadership roles for over 20 years and brings diverse experience with a background in M&A, customer and supplier negotiations and capital management. She has also worked across a variety of sectors including FMCG, Logistics and Biotechnology, working with ASX-listed companies such as Metcash Limited, IDT Australia Limited, Toll Holdings Limited, and US based Hollister Inc. She was also the CFO / Company Secretary and acted as strategic counsel to the CEO at ASX-listed, IDT Australia [ASX: IDT], successfully steering the company back to profitability. Ancila also collaborated with the Federal Government’s COVID-19 taskforce to enable the manufacture of Australia’s first locally developed and manufactured mRNA COVID-19 vaccine candidate. Ancila holds an Executive MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Masters in Business Systems (MBS) from Monash University. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and is a current member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD).
Vinod Subramanian
Prior to this, Vinod spent over 27 years in the healthcare and technology sectors, particularly within the key markets where MedAdvisor Solutions operates. His extensive expertise spans various domains, including shareholder value creation, GTM strategy, SaaS product strategy, customer adoption, data as a product, digital transformation, AI, NLP, data analytics, and overall business operations. Throughout his career, he has led the development of numerous large-scale product, data, and technology-driven enterprises within global organizations such as McKesson, Change Healthcare, Saba, Juniper Networks, WebEx, PAETEC, Eastman Kodak, and Fujitsu ICIM. Additionally, he has been at the helm of start-up ventures, including Syapse, where he served as the Chief Data and Product Development Officer. In this role, he played a pivotal part in crafting cutting-edge products and platforms, driven by real-world data and AI, specifically tailored for precision medicine in the provider and pharmaceutical markets. Prior to his tenure at Syapse, he held the position of VP of Federal Technologies and Operations at McKesson Corp & Change Healthcare. His contributions in developing customized products for both provider and payer markets significantly contributed to the growth of the business. Vinod holds a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from University of Madras and a Master of Business Administration, General Management from California Coast University.
Sarah Sweeney
Sarah is a highly accomplished, strategic marketing professional with nearly 30 years of expertise in the Healthcare IT, Life Sciences and Telecom industries. Sarah has a proven track record of creating and deploying targeted strategies to establish leadership positioning, increase market share and impact the bottom line. Most recently, as Vice President, Strategic Marketing & Communications at CAQH, Sarah led initiatives to transform the organization's market position, brand perception, customer engagement, and buyer journey. In this role, Sarah led the transition of the organization from a point solution provider to a data solutions partner, ultimately increasing demand by over 100%. She also helped drive the development of the Provider Data Innovation Council, consisting of 15 health plans, including six of the country's largest payers. Previously, Sarah held roles at McKesson and Change Healthcare, including serving as a solution design consultant where she led the development of strategic technology engagements to help health plans connect more effectively with patients and providers – addressing challenges related to VBP, risk, quality, payment accuracy and more. Her remarkable accomplishments were recognized as she was the first marketer to be honored with President’s Club membership and included on the list of “Euro 50 Leaders in Cable & Satellite.” Since starting her career at Vizient, she has held positions both globally and domestically at HEALTHvision, CTAM Europe, and The Marketing Machine. She holds degrees from Boston University and Manhattan College.
Brian Peterson
Prior to this, Brian spent over 25 years across commercial roles in the tech enabled bio-pharmaceutical industry, particularly within the key markets where MedAdvisor Solutions operates. His extensive experience includes commercial drivers, including business value creation, GTM strategy, product strategy, building high performing teams, partnerships, SaaS commercialization, and data & analytics. Throughout his career, he has led the fast-track growth of numerous large-scale commercial platforms across promotional service, patient services, and technology. Brian has led and delivered significant growth across start-ups (LDM Group/Medisafe) through early-stage businesses (Catalina Health, PDR, and ConnectiveRx). The results delivered by these commercial businesses were achieved by providing solutions to industry challenges and barriers – with the best people in the industry. Brian holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
Wayne Marinoff
Wayne Marinoff has worked in senior commercial positions for over 30 years within the pharmaceutical industry for both large Australian & multinational companies and prior to this spent over 8 years in banking & finance. Joining MedAdvisor in July 2021 as General Manager Sales AU, Wayne is now responsible for revenue and marketing activities in Australia and the UK with a focus on growing the health programs in both markets. Prior to joining MedAdvisor, he held several senior sales, marketing and finance roles in large local and international pharmaceutical companies such as Arrotex/Arrow, Aspen (SA), Sigma and Eli Lilly (US).
